VIP benefits that are not claimed within their stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Players who are found to have violated these Terms and Conditions may be removed from the VIP programme without compensation, regardless of their current tier. phparadise's decisions regarding VIP tier placement and benefit allocation are final and binding.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the phparadise platform or to other players. This includes, but is not limited to, using automated software or bots to interact with the platform, colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities, and attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any means. Any account found to be involved in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and any winnings generated through such conduct may be voided.

Players must not use phparadise for any purpose that violates Philippine law or applicable regulations.
